-"Okay, so it was sunday night and my fiancee was in one of her 'I'm hungry but I don't know what i want so let's drive around for 3 hours' moods. We were on US 30 outside of Valparaiso when this place caught her eye. I didn't give her a chance to change her mind before I was already in a parking spot! It's a good thing, too.

- Here's how it works, you walk in and get seated. On your table are cards, one for each person. One side is green, the other red. You are encouraged to eat from the salad bar first (and you won't regret it) then the Gauchos come around with different cuts of meat. If the card in front of you is green, it indicates to the Gauchos that you want some meat, if it is red, it means you're taking a break. The Gaucho comes to your table and tells you what kind of meat he has... different cuts of beef, pork and chicken. EVERYTHING was EXCELLENT! It's all you can eat so come HUNGRY! The service is friendly, the food is excellent, the gauchos are knowledgeable about their meats and the overall experience is great. We'll definitely be back!" -V.G.
